Concerned about a loved one's hearing loss?

Discussing hearing loss with a loved one is tricky and the Center for Hearing and Communication wanted to make it easier. Visitors could leave a message inviting their loved one to a hearing test at one of CHC's clinics. They also recorded a voice message that would be played to their loved one during their free hearing test. Using Tropo's voice and scripting service we created an integrated solution that allowed visitors to record their message via a toll free call. An automated voice prompting service walked users through the recording process to ensure their message was delivered.
